The company’s establishment relied on a conceptual idea, developed through years of experience and thorough 'case study' of failures observed in many Construction Projects during erection, causing fails to meet Project’s schedule and/or budget objectives.
These failures prevalence, while worldwide significant advancement in communication technology, spawned new needs on client’s/entrepreneur’s side toward the service provider. Needs that turned into demands, which, in recent years, became mandatory and intensive ones. Reflected mainly in 3 leading requirements:
Instant response time – Quick, almost instant response times + Providing instant resources.
Dynamism – Ability to quickly change resources provided, according to changing needs.
Temporary – Requested resources to be provided temporarily.

To meet such requirements, the Service Provider, must be dynamic, versatile and resilient, while presenting immediate response times ability. A Feature that can’t be achieved with traditional/conventional conception, especially with big cumbersome companies.
The conceptual idea to meet these demands, was to create ‘Stand-alone’ teams, acting leaf-like cells on branches. These teams act as independent cells, with fast respond time, can grow or decrease quickly, providing resources quickly, thus meeting Client’s above demands.
That idea became the companies vision, deriving strategy and action plan.
